A full day on the river, we will cover all you need to get you started enjoying white water water kayaking. This course will be run on a class 1-2 river such as the Taff, Wye and Usk. We will help you enjoy your first strokes on moving water

Intermediate White Water
This will help you build on the skills you have gained to let you get the most out of the river environment, learning in a fun and safe way, helping you move from class 1- 2 rivers to class 2- 3 comfortably. This course will introduce modern techniques to help you run rivers in control and style rolling is not necessary but advantageous.

Dynamic River Running
Want to get the most out of the river, we will look at using everything the river has to offer to make our way down. This course will look into covering modern techniques, down river play moves and key stroke concepts . This course will be tailored to you so you can get the most out of the course. This will be run on a class 3/4 river and is open to people comfortable on class 2 water, a reliable roll would be advantageous to get the most out of the session but not essential

One to One Coaching
One to One coaching sessions ensure you get the most out of your day, we will tailor the day to suit your needs from newcomers to the sport through to people who want to brush up on their skills before an assessment or you want help rolling for a couple of hours after work.
